Hod Hasharon Towers

Hod Hasharon Hi-Tech Park is the crowning jewel of high-tech parks in Israel. The compound covers an area of about 30 dunams (7.5 acres) in the Neve Ne’eman Industrial Zone adjacent to Route 40, Yarkon Interchange and Route 5 (Trans-Samaria Highway), and attracts leading local and international high-tech companies.

The compound is owned and managed by Ashtrom Properties and features a high, uncompromising standard of management and maintenance, similar to other such compounds around the world.

The park is a closed compound with 5 new towers, each with a magnificent lobby and public green areas for the benefit of the tenants. There is both underground and open air parking, as well as other services such as a dining space, synagogue, etc.

Location: The offices are located in Neve Ne’eman Industrial Zone B, in the southern part of Hod Hasharon, north of Yarkon Interchange (the junction of Route 40 and Route 5). The easy access to Route 5 makes it very convenient for traveling to the greater Tel Aviv area.

Number of buildings and stories: The park has 5 office buildings with a built-up area of about 70,000 square meters.

Building A – 7,700 square meters.
Building B – 2,800 square meters.
Building C – 17,500 square meters.
Building D – 19,500 square meters.
Building E – 19,000 square meters.

Parking: About 2,000 parking spaces in the park’s enclosed compound.

Potential business development: Ashtrom Properties is promoting an urban building plan for additional building rights totaling 80,000 square meters, for the future construction of two towers, each 30 stories high, which would replace the existing relatively small buildings A and B.
